Welcome to the Holy Family Hospital Karachi, established in 1954 by the Medical Mission Sisters. At present, the general hospital is a testimony of the extremely hard work and devotion of all those who have dedicated themselves to the service of sick.
The hospital owned by the Archdiocese of Karachi is managed by a Governing Board and its representative, the Administrator, is responsible for over-all functions of the hospital. The Medical staff is responsible for the exceptional quality medical care along with maintaining the formidable standard of nursing care.
Patients are admitted without regard to caste, color, creed, national origin, or socioeconomic background. The majority of patients admitted are paying patients, but concessional care is given when needed. Deserving cases are referred to the Social Welfare Officer, and/or the Administrator for approval. Holy Family continues its Mission of the Founder of the Medical Mission Sisters, Dr. Anna Dengel.
